Aquarian Capital to Acquire Brighthouse Financial
Aquarian Capital LLC (“Aquarian Capital”), a diversified global holding company with a strategic portfolio of insurance and asset management businesses, and Brighthouse Financial, Inc. (“Brighthouse Financial” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: BHF), announced today the signing of a definitive merger agreement under which an affiliate of Aquarian Capital will acquire Brighthouse Financial for $70.00 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $4.1 billion.
